ACTIVITIES
KUB Realty is managing its own assets and all of KUB Malaysia
Berhad’s premises and properties throughout the country.
Since its incorporation KUB Realty
has acquired several properties ranges from shop lots to hotels
to high rise offices.
Along the way KUBR managed to strengthen
its management expertise in the facility maintenance sector.
