In 1995, KUB HOLDINGS BHD. recognized that, to ensure successful participation in the lucrative power industry necessitated forming a specific company to act, as it’s operating arm in that sector.

KUB POWER SDN.BHD. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1995 on the 17th March 1992. Initially the company’s name was Bina Wilayah Sdn. Bhd. and changed to its current name on 30th January 1996.
 

KUB POWER SDN.BHD. was incorporated with an authorized share capital of RM 5 million and a paid up capital of RM 2 million, raised to RM 3 million in 1997.

KUB POWER SDN. BHD. is a wholly owned subsidiary of KUB EKUITI SDN BHD, which is a wholly owned company of KUB MALAYSIA BHD.

KUB POWER SDN. BHD. participates in all scopes of work within the power industry. This includes substation and transmission line construction, the supply and installation of electrical infrastructure for private companies and electrical maintenance contracts.
