Incorporated on 30 December 1997, KUB Telekomunikasi Sdn Bhd (KUBTel) provides integrated solutions for telecommunications, electronics and multimedia. KUBTel also provides telecommunications network services, network management, consultancy, research and systems engineering services. The major products include Wireless Local Loop (WiLL), structured cabling, telecommunications / broadcasting tower and Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Lines (ADSL).

Incorporated in 1992, KUB-Fujitsu Telecommunications (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (KUB-Fujitsu) is involved in manufacturing of telecommunications and electronic products and provision of engineering and support services.

The company's large scale projects include supplying of the digital telephone switching equipment and related engineering maintenance services. Whilst others are contract manufacturing of PCB assembly, cable termination, electronic equipment and wire harness. The equipment used for assembly and testing is calibrated in line with the company's ISO 9002 standards.

Empirical Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (EMPIRISYS) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 25th June 2002.

The principal activities of Empirisys is provision of managed IT services including system integration, support & maintenance services, IT project management, network services as well as sales and marketing of Credensoft software products and services.
