the completed development projects that Dato¡¯ Siah
have been involved with are:
i. SGEC-Manong-Siah Brothers Joint Venture:
Member of the Management Steering Committee to
manage TM87 million turnkey project for Perbadanan
Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) for the design,
construction and completion of 2700 units of low
and medium cost housing using the Industrialised
Building System (IBS).
ii. Bina Resorts Corporation Sdn Bhd:
Developer of the Desaru Perdana Beach Resort Condotel
Complex in Desaru, Johor, on a 26 acres of prime
beach land. Land alienated by KEJORA to the company.
Project successfully completed. Total development
value is approximately RM90 million.
iii. Masalam Sdn Bhd:
Joint-Venture with the Selangor State Government
for the mixed housing development of 1,600 units
of High Cost Link and Terrace Houses and 300 acres
of industrial development in Rawang, Selangor.
Total development value is approximately RM500
million.
iv. Taz Engineering Sdn Bhd:
Joint-Venture project with Lembaga Kemajuan Negeri
Pahang (LKNP) for the development and construction
of 1.465 units of houses and shop-houses. Whole
scheme completed. Total development value is approximately
RM97 million.
v. Taman Sri Ramal, Kajang, Selangor:
Privatised mixed housing development with the
Selangor State Government on 27 acres of land
in Kajang, comprising of 138 units of low cost
single storey terrace houses, 47 units of low
medium cost single storey terrace houses, 11 units
double storey shop-houses and with all associated
works. Whole development completed. Total development
value priced at RM12.6 million.
vi. Sri Mahkota Apartments:
Contractor and Marketing Manager for JDC (M) Corporation
Sdn Bhd, the developer of a 5 storey block of
luxurious condominium in Jalan Ampang Tengah (Embassy
Row), Kuala Lumpur. Total development value at
RM12.8 million.
vii. Tebir Desa Development Sdn Bhd:
Developer of Taman Batu Permai mixed housing development
at 4 ? miles, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, comprising
of 102 units of double storey terrace houses,
12 units double storey shop-houses, low and medium
cost Apartment Blocks (10 storey high) and all
associated works. Whole scheme completed. Total
development value approximately RM42 million.
viii. Lim-Siah Development Sdn Bhd:
Developer of 29 storey condominium at Bukit Ceylon,
Kuala Lumpur, comprising of 121 units of high
class residential units. Development done on a
joint-venture basis with the land owner. Fifty
(50) percent of the units were underwritten by
an international investment group from Hong Kong.
Project completed. Total development valued at
approximately RM42 million.
Current Development
Projects involved with are:
i. Medan Idaman Sdn Bhd:
Developer of Taman Medan Idaman mixed housing
development in Mukim Setapak, Jalan Gombak, Kuala
Lumpur. Joint-venture with the land owner (Lee
Rubber). Total development value approximately
RM500 million. Project consisted of 147 units
double storeyterrace houses, 91 units 3 ? storey
shop-office, 1 block low medium apartment of 16
storey high (288 units) and 5 blocks condominium
partment 10 storey high (408 units) including
Clubhouse and a swimming pool.
ii. Meseba Sdn Bhd
Privatised development from Selangor State Government
(SSI) on a 72.6 acres of land in Cheras, Kuala
Lumpur; comprising of 1,784 units of mixed housing
development. Total development value is approximately
RM 110 million. |
