Bina Alam Bersatu Sdn Bhd (Bina Alam) was incorporated in Malaysia on 19 March 1980. The principal activities of the company are mainly construction and a housing developer. Bina Alam is a registered Class A Contractor with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) since 1983, a registered Class A1 with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and also a Class A Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK). Bina Alam Bersatu Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company and the construction arm of KUB Malaysia Berhad.

Bina Alam has an Authorised Share Capital of RM50 million represented by 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00. The issued and paid up share capital is RM20 million divided into 20 million ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

Bina Alam Bersatu group of companies are involved in the property developments, construction of industrial, commercial and residential properties, hotels and resort management. To date, Bina Alam has successfully completed housing projects, industrial and high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, club houses and other properties worth approximately over RM 1 billion.
